JK Rowling releases new ‘Harry Potter’ story on Pottermore
Written in the form of a news article by Rita Skeeter, the story finds Harry at 34 reuniting with Dumbledore’s Army at the Quidditch World Cup. This is the first time Rowling has written about Harry since the epilogue of ‘Deathly Hallows.’ There are currently no future plans to do more writing about the character (unless you count the upcoming prequel play.)
Quality-wise, it’s damn delightful. There are some great nuggets of information in there and a lot of crackling wit that will definitely make you wish there was more. A few fans are definitely going to start reading the books all over again after this.
Still sooo excited (and I just can’t hide it! I’m about to lose control and I think I like it! Oh yeah)
